  2. Thanks for your research and insights. I've experienced ASMR since I was around 6 years old. It's generally a tingle in the back of the head/neck and sometimes I'll get so distracted by it that I lose time (up to 15 minutes). Some common triggers for me:

    *Haircuts
    *Tires on gravel
    *Keyboards
    *Receptionists over the phone
    *Clothes dryer
    *Rustling paper
*A 'tornado' lamp (it had beads swirling in water)
*Wringing water out of a cloth
    *Dripping faucet
    *Therapist's voice
    *Accents
*Razor swishing in a sink of water
    *Paintbrush on canvas
    *Bob Ross

  3. Also, wanted to say I also have synesthesia (ex. I picture months of the year as a circle with certain associated colors) and anxiety/panic.

  4. I love ASMR since. Many people consider suffering from side to side chronic headaches to be a normal part of their lives. In a recent study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control, over 20% of women and 10% of men reported that they’d had either a migraine or other severe headache in the preceding three months. Dr. Golay has been treating patients with severe headaches in Twin Falls for almost twenty years. Although there are several types of headaches and many diverse causes, most patients can be helped through chiropractic care.Click Here
